Crunchy Black Sesame Butter is like a not-too-sweet, Chinese-American almond butter! It's a twist on the filling commonly found in the center of 汤圆 (tang yuan), which is our favorite childhood dessert growing up that’s eaten with family to symbolize togetherness on Chinese New Year.
Made with black sesame seeds & peanuts, a touch of sugar, and addicting crunchy bits, it's a delicious, slightly sweet addition on anything from toast or oatmeal for breakfast, sliced apples as a midday treat, or drizzled onto vanilla ice cream to celebrate any occasion.

I love black sesame, and love anything with black sesame in it. This black sesame butter is unique in that crunchy texture of whole sesame is preserved in it. Not like tahini or other sesame paste. So, tasting this butter for the first time was a pleasant surprise.
For the price, though, could you please give a larger jar?

I enjoy your product, so I sent some to my daughter. My almost 3 year old grandson seems to be the one in their house who eats it regularly. He likes it on toast. Great to have a good healthy food with a touch of sweetness, not overly processed, that kids like!
