Ingredients

2 cups cooked sushi rice

2 5oz cans tuna, drained
- 1 tbsp Black Sesame Crunchy Butter
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp rice vinegar
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1-2 tbsp mayo

Directions
In a small bowl, mix together Black Sesame Crunchy Butter, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and salt until smooth.
In a large bowl, stir together sushi rice and the mixture from step 1.
Stir in the tuna. If the mixture doesn’t stick together, stir in 1 tbsp mayo at a time.
Shape mixture into 12-16 balls using your hands.
Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
