Damages and issues
If you find that your order is defective, damaged, or fulfilled incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! If there is damage, please send us a picture.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve evaluated the issue and have processed the refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
