Ingredients
2 slices bread
1 tbsp mayonnaise
-
2 tbsp Black Sesame Crunchy Butter
½ cup shredded cheese, we used mozzarella and cheddar
Directions
Spread thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
Spread Black Sesame Crunchy Butter on opposite side of each bread slice.
Add shredded cheese on one slice.
Top with other bread slice, with the mayonnaise facing outside.
Add sandwich to cold skillet and turn heat to low. Flip once the bottom is golden brown, about 4-6 minutes. Cook for another 4-6 minutes until other side is golden brown.
