    Toasted Coconut sweet and savory uses!

    This one surprised me, the toasty flavor was there but not as much coconut flavor as I expected, it was there but more subtle, and natural taste, not artificial so more like real coconut. I used it to top some chocolate ice cream, delicious, and ate it on some roasted sweet potatoes. It's great on rye toast. Thinking about making a peach cobbler with this as topping after baking.
