Ingredients
- ¼ cup Crunchy Black Sesame Butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2-4 tsp chili oil, adjust to preferred spiciness level
- 3 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Carrots and cucumbers, cut into thin strips or ribboned using a vegetable peeler

Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together all of the sauce ingredients.
- Cook noodles according to package directions, then rinse with cold water to stop them from cooking. Drain noodles and add to serving bowls.
- Add sauce on top of noodles and mix. Top with carrots + cucumbers, and enjoy!

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
