Black Sesame Noodles
This is our third recipe for our fall potluck series 2023. If you only have 15 minutes but still want to make something flavorful and unique, this nutty, sweet, and spicy cold noodles made with common pantry items will be your go-to!

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Crunchy Black Sesame Butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2-4 tsp chili oil, adjust to preferred spiciness level
- 3 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Carrots and cucumbers, cut into thin strips or ribboned using a vegetable peeler

Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together all of the sauce ingredients.
- Cook noodles according to package directions, then rinse with cold water to stop them from cooking. Drain noodles and add to serving bowls.
- Add sauce on top of noodles and mix. Top with carrots + cucumbers, and enjoy!
Recipe Note
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
