Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted (1 stick butter/8 tbsp)
- 1 cup light or dark brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1tbsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chocolate chunks or chips
- 4 tbsp Black Sesame Crunchy Butter
- 9 whole Oreos
- ¼ cup chocolate chunks or chips
- 4 Oreos, crushed
- Flaky sea salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F/177°C. Grease and line an 8”x8” baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, mix together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Whisk in egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Dump in all of the dry ingredients and chocolate chunks. Mix until no dry spots remain.
- Using a rubber or offset spatula, flatten ½ of the cookie batter into baking pan.
- Spread Black Sesame Crunchy Butter on top, then Oreos.
- Top with remaining cookie dough, making sure it is spread evenly.
- Sprinkle crushed Oreos and chocolate chunks.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. When a toothpick is inserted in the middle, it should come out mostly clean with a few crumbs.
- Let fully cool in pan, then enjoy!
