A light snack perfect for the warmer months, featuring yogurt marbled with the rich and nutty Black Sesame Crunchy Butter. Top it with any fruit, chocolate, or nuts of choice to make it your own recipe!
Crunchy Black Sesame Yogurt Bark
12 large pieces of yogurt bark
A light snack perfect for the warmer months! Top it with any fruit, chocolate, or nuts of choice to make it your own recipe.
1 ½ cups yogurt (we used vanilla Greek yogurt)
2-4 tbsp Black Sesame Crunchy Butter
½ cup sliced fruit (we used strawberries and raspberries)
¼ cup granola
¼ cup dark chocolate, melted
Line a sheet tray with parchment paper.
Spread yogurt onto parchment paper with a rubber or offset spatula.
Dollop Black Sesame Crunchy Butter on top of yogurt. Use spatula to marble it in.
Top with sliced fruit and granola.
Drizzle on melted chocolate.
Place in freezer until firm, at least 3 hours.
Cut yogurt bark into as many pieces as desired. Enjoy!
Store in airtight container or Ziploc bag in freezer for up to 3 months.
