Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 9- or 10-inch oven-safe skillet with nonstick spray.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together butter, eggs, and water until smooth.
Stir Brownie Mix into the wet mixture.
Spread 2/3 of the batter into the pan. Then, cut a small hole in the side of the caramel sachet and squeeze to pipe an even layer of Miso Caramel on top of the batter. Spread the rest of the batter to cover the caramel.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean with a few crumbs. Allow brownie to slightly cool for 15-30 minutes.
Top with vanilla ice cream and drizzle on Black Sesame Butter of choice. Enjoy!
