Ingredients
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 ¼ cup mochiko flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp ube extract
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt

Rooted Fare Black Sesame Crunchy Butter
- Pika Pika Coconut Spread
- Whipped cream
- Coconut flakes
Directions
In one bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients and add in the wet ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
- Add cooking spray to waffle iron and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Slather Black Sesame Crunchy Butter and Coconut Spread onto waffles.
- Top with whipped cream and coconut flakes to serve.
