Crunchy Black Sesame Butter

It's even better than I imagined! I had to stop myself from eating the entire jar as soon as I tasted it. I already had several spoonfuls by themselves and made myself two black sesame oat milk matcha lattes on the first day it arrived. I'm immediately going to buy more for myself and my friends, and am excited to try it in yogurt, on ice cream, and on baked goods. Nommmm.

This was my first time trying black sesame butter. I love tahini so figured I’d like this too. It’s got a nice small crunch factor to it and the taste is different from any other nut/seed butter I’ve had. It’s savory with a touch of sweetness and can be used any number of ways. I do think there is a tad too much oil. It would still be nice and runny without as much but I still love the flavor.

This was so delicious! Loved mixing it with almond butter and eating it with sliced apples. Also yummy adding it to yogurt. Too pricey as a daily habit, but if anyone asks what I want for my birthday or Xmas - it will certainly be on my wish list :)

So good I can’t stop eating this by the spoonful from the jar! Reminiscent of tong yuan filling but better due to the crunch factor. I’m gifting a jar to every Asian in my life ❤️

I put this on top of my toast in the morning and it’s such a nostalgic and delicious flavor for me! It works well as a dip for fruit and crackers as well. Love it!
